This standard specifies the purpose, principle, timing, indicators and process of design and verification for diagnosability and reconfigurability of spacecraft. This standard is applicable to evaluate and design of diagnosability and reconfigurability in the whole life cycle including mainly the stages of ground design and working in-orbit. The evaluation and design of diagnosability and reconfigurability in other stage can also be referred to the implementation. This standard focuses on the subsystem of spacecraft can be reconfigured after a fault occurs, such as attitude and orbit control subsystem, power subsystem and TT&C subsystem.
