This document provides general format for spacecraft and launch vehicle Combined Operation Plan (COP). Note —An example of the COP based on a general format is provided in Annex A.—In developing COP, following sections shall be included:—1. Scope—2. Normative references—3. Terms, definitions and abbreviated terms—4. General requirements—5. SC/PLA mating and fairing - encapsulation (operation plan at spacecraft processing facility)—6. Encapsulated-fairing mating to core vehicle—7. Operations at the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB)—8. Final RF dress rehearsal—Sections 4 to 8 are the minimum requirements in developing COP.
